In the exciting new International Relations course the students have been exploring the key factors which help to make empires powerful. They have investigated the Roman Empire, Persian Empire, Holy Roman Empire and British Empire to develop their knowledge. From this the students wrote an essay to suggest whether military power was the key component to power or not. Examples of student work can be found below.
